Deposit/Payment
To secure an order a deposit of 50% of the total order value is required. This is non – refundable as it secures diary production slots, allows background proofing and provides costs for materials. Before dispatching invites and/or the final order, payment must be received in full, 7 days before delivery. Or before collection.
Payment by bank transfer.
Proofing System
A proof of your invitation will be sent to you for your approval.
Please ensure that you clearly check all details. No9 Designs is not responsible for correct wording, spelling or details. This is the responsibility of the client.
We require an email of authorisation before we go to print.
Handmade Production
As all of the products and embellishments are entirely handmade, there may be a very slight variation in design. However we will aspire to create all the same.
Price
No9 Designs reserves the right to change the price on all its merchandise at any time.
However prices confirmed at the time of booking will not be affected.
Copyright
All designs are those of No9 Designs, and are original. No attempt should be made to use or copy such

No9 Designs is not responsible for gaining copyright permission for hymns, poems, readings etc. This is the responsibility of the client.
Cancellation/refund/faults
Only goods that are faulty can be exchanged or refunded. If you wish to cancel your order, then No9 Designs reserves the right to keep the initial deposit. If your order is near completion then we reserve the right to collect the payment in full.
Postage/Packaging
All orders are carefully packaged and posted using the appropriate method of delivery for the size and weight of the parcel. No9 Designs cannot accept responsibility for items after they have left the studio and therefore for any loss or damage made in transit. Each order will be quoted individually and agreed before posting.
Safety
Please note that due to the nature of the products used in our designs, they are not suitable for children and must be kept out of reach.
